Phuket Top Team is constantly making changes and additions to improve on what we have.
We are always adding classes that are in demand (recently adding another wrestling and another submission grappling class)
We are always growing the pro fight team - recently adding guys like Murad Machaev, Rasul Mirzaev, Aden Baron, Jayy Tonkin, Gokhan Turkyilmaz, Don Carlo Clauss and many more.
The past week we have added an extra 20 kettlebells to the Strength & Conditioning area.
The area now includes 30+ ketttlebells, 3 TRX, 2 huge tyres for flips and hammers, 2 battle ropes, 2 Olympic bars & weights, pull up bars, climbing rope, torso twist machine (torsonator), 2 slush pipes and much more.
We have also added in a 3rd ring to the muay thai/boxing area. The ring is smaller than the 2 original rings at 5×5 m.
A great ring for extra space, privates and boxing sparring.
We work hard on maintaining our number to instructor ratio.
We have added in 3 extra hanging bags to make sure no student is left hanging without something to hit.
Taking the number to 16 hanging bags, 3 Hook Uppercut bags & 3 GNP bags.
We have added Safe’s to all of the on-site rooms.
Attached to the front of Phuket Top Team is a new shop offering world class Tattoo’s with western hygiene, cleanliness and tattoo skills.
Safe, affordable and world class tattoo’s, owned and run by an Australian with 10+ years tattoo experience & many awards.
Lastly we will soon be building a further group of rooms onsite as we have found a high demand for students wanting to stay with us onsite at the gym.
We are also adding a PRO FIGHTERS indoor MMA area equipped with grappling mats, wall mats and sparring space. This area will be for the pro fighters to work as well as an added space for private 1on1 classes to be held.
