Interview With Red Devil Fighter & Now Phuket Top Team Head MMA/Sambo/Boxing Coach - Silviu Vulc Dorin

Silviu Has taken on the role of Head MMA Coach/Trainer as well as being the Sambo / Submission Wrestling coach and Boxing Coach.

Phuket Top Team is extremely proud to offer the talent and skills of someone like Silviu, with lots of experience as a trainer and a fighter Silviu can bring alot of skills and knowledge to Phuket Top Team.

Silviu comes from Romania - Via Russia, Via The UK and now on to Thailand and Phuket Top Team. This mans skills and passion for the sport are on a level that not many can match, his desire to teach is infectious and will help push the people around him to be motivated - this is guaranteed.

History & Stats:

Amatur Boxing record - 89 Fights with 70 Wins, 2 Draws.

Training and competing in Boxing in his Hometown in Romania for 4 years. Then moving onto training with the Dinamo Bucharest boxing team for 2 years. Eventually Silviu moved to train and compete with the Romanian Olympic Boxing team for 1 and a half years.

Silviu has also worked as a boxing coach and pad holder for the Romanian Olympic Boxing Team.

Silviu then moved into Sambo (Combat Sambo) Silviu trained in Russia,the home of Sambo for 2 years full time. Competing in Sambo and showing plenty of talent, Silviu was then taken in by the world known Red Devil Fight Team (the home of Fedor Emelianenko and Aleksander Emelianenko)

Training 2 years full time at the Red Devil Sport Club under one of the best known Sambo fighters - vladimir voronov (The lifelong Sambo and MMA coach to Fedor Emelianenko)

Silviu was under contract with the Red Devil Fight Team and M-1 Global. During his training he trained in Fedor’s home of Staruy Oskol and then in St. Petersburg.

In 2007 Combat Sambo World Championships - Open Weight, Silviu placed 5th. A huge achievement, given the level of competition.

Silviu also competed in MMA fights with an overall record of 8 wins and 2 losses with 3 pro fights. Training under vladimir voronov (Fedors life long MMA coach and Sambo coach) Silviu has been able to learn off the worlds best. Silviu trained with & alongside Fedor and Aleksander Emelianenko for 2 years.

We cannot stress enough this guys skill level and dedication to his training.
