Italian & Thai restaurant on site, key card entrance to locked gate, LAN + WiFi Internet in all 26 rooms/apartments, and a huge deluxe swimming pool - All rooms overlook the swimming pool. The Signature Resort has 3 different styles of rooms:

Eucalyptus style- large room with a very nice bed, kitchenette, A/C, TV, bathroom w/hot water shower.

Orange style – small and well setup apartment with a bedroom, kitchenette, A/C, TV, bathroom w/hot water shower

Lemongrass style – small and cozy apartment with a bedroom, kitchenette, A/C, TV, bathroom w/hot water shower.

Prices High season 1,500THB a day / 9,500THB a week / 30,0000THB a month.

Low season 1300THB a day / 8000THB a week / 24000THB a month.
