Kru Daeng is a hard working trainer with a big smile and great attitude.

Kru Daeng has been fighting since he was 8 years old and teaching for the past 6 years.

Kru Daeng has worked almost exclusively with western students and has lots of experience explaining muay thai and the techniques, to visitors and new students of muay thai.

7:30am – 9:30am Muay Thai Bag/Pads & Sparring

11:30am– 1:00pm Gi (preferred) Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

4:00pm - 6:00pm MMA Sparring

5:00pm – 7:00pm Muay Thai Bag/Pads & Sparring

6:00pm-7:30pm Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

3:00pm – 4:00pm Strength & Conditioning
