Kru Choek

Kru Choek is the most decorated fighter of all the muay thai trainers we have at the gym.

In muay thai there is One Holy Grail…. the Lumpinee Title.

Kru Choek is a former Lumpinee Flyweight Champion.

Hailing From the Nakon Sri tamarat region in south Thailand, Choek won many regional titles on his way to the eventual Lumpinee title.

Kru Choek was a professional Nak Muay (muay thai fighter) for more than 16 years.

With a professional record of 217 - 42 its fair to say Kru Choek is one of an elite fighter in the sport of muay thai.

Kru Choek then moved into teaching students the skills he had used to become a champion.

Kru Choek has been teaching now for 6 years with 4 of those being with ‘Farang’ (tourist/western) students.

Choek has coached students to big fights in Bangkok and the prestigious Kings Cup.
